Care:

Norse company Devold produces wool base layers. In 1853, Ole Andreas Devold founded this company in Ålesund. A tradition dating back as this one is unique - it is surely the oldest producer of the wool base layer in the world.

I have been using Devold clothing for almost 20 years, I have several models from this brand. I wear it almost every day in the winter. The advantage is that you can wear it for several days and it doesn't smell like sweat, etc. like purely synthetic thermal clothing. I have also tried other brands like Icebraker, Ortovox, but Devold is always a clear choice for me. As for size, I am 2 m approx. 100 kg and XL fits me like a glove. I buy this model regularly every 2-3 years. I even have one piece that is more than 10 years old and still fulfills its mission, I have never been cold in it, even at extreme temperatures below -20.
